apartman nikola in dubrovnik was an exceptional stay. the host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and clear communication. the location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby. we will definitely return in the future.

shower drainage needs improvement.

We had a VERY COMFORTABLE stay in Dubrovnik close to the historic alleys as well as the old town. Large bedroom, private bathroom. Its location was marvellous, in the heart of the city.

Satisfied with its great price and particularly good location. The host met us and explained everything. The apartment was really close to Dubrovnik airport, 12 miles👌

I always come back because I feel at home. The staff gave me great advice on currency. It has Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, kitchen stuff, AC, airport transport, a TV. It's perfect for a romantic getaway. No regrets!

The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. You could easily explore the city and enjoy the charming atmosphere just steps away from your doorstep. the host provided excellent communication and even assisted with ferry tickets to Hvar island.

The apartment at Apartman Nikola was super cozy, with a chill living room for relaxing and a comfy bedroom for crashing after a wild night out. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver and the flat-screen TV kept us entertained. Plus, having a washing machine was a huge plus!

Personally, I found the shower a bit small. Others might still enjoy it though!
